Oncidium (tol.) Baby Joy 'River's End' HCC/AOS (provisional-hybrid now registered and information sent in)

Cattleya Peckhaviensis 'River's End'

Not a fast grower, and it loves bright light, but a hardy and gorgeous plant.

Our tabletop display, March of 2005

Paphiopedilum delenatii, first bloom

What I love about this plant is that it is always either in bloom or in sheath getting ready to bloom.  It also has a wonderful fragrance!

Bollopetalum (bollea violacea x zygopetalum)
vigorous grower and bloomer

Phalaenopsis Harford's Gem 'Carney'

Phal. Jordan's Pixie x Phal. Zuma Pixie

This was the first bloom.  This little guy usually puts out 2-3 heavily branched spikes simply covered in flowers.  The flowers also last for months.

Oncidium viperinum 'J&L' AM/AOS

Laelia purpurata carnea
The crazy carnea that seems to bloom whenever, sometimes in July, but also occasionally in December.

Harlequin-type doritaenopsis (have the tag somewhere...)

Paphiopedilum delenatii (yet another clone)  So far I have two decent clones, and one very, very pale, small flowered not so good clone-- (not pictured) that does at least bloom with many spikes very reliably.

Bulbo Hybrid Elizabeth Ann Buckleberry

Another shot of the glauca in the display with the award paper.  This plant was one of those "darned lucky" purchases-- we purchased it hoping it would bloom for the show, which it did.  I had -no- idea that it was a 'good' glauca, I had only seen the photos in books, and it looked enough like the pictures.  Ironically, it almost didn't get into the display, as we weren't sure the color would work.  Luckily, it made it in, as the judges apparently were quite fond of it!  The bloom that was awarded was its first bloom.

Blurry shot of the gorgeous clone Blc. Chia Lin 'New City' AM/AOS

Amazing flower with an amazing fragrance.  I can't wait until my other clones, Golden Super and Red Rose are blooming size.

Our first show trophy!  (March 2006 Maryland Orchid Society Show)

Paph. Lyro Goldwing (first bloom seedling, from Antec's breeding)

Brassavola cucullata

Phal. Ever Spring King 'Dragon'

Phalaenopsis violacea  (first bloom seedling, still in the compot. HP Norton's breeding)

Mediocre but reliable maudiae-type paph.  This one is Supersuk x Raisin Pie
